You don’t need a referral to come to counselling, all you need to do is contact Blue Sky by your preferred method.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps us to manage our problems by thinking in a more productive and helpful way. It helps to free us from unhelpful patterns of behaviour that we have developed. CBT is based on the idea that the way we think about a situation affects how we think, feel and behave.
