Have you reached a turning point, do you feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster right now? I am passionate about creating a safe place where you will be heard, without any judgement. A variety of factors lead people to encounter extremely difficult periods in their lives, leaving them with overwhelming feelings of distress. As an Integrative Clinical Psychotherapist, I can explore these feelings with you in a sensitive and non-judgmental space. I have undertaken extensive research into self-criticism and the inner critic. I have a passion for developing and nurturing resilience to build self-esteem and confidence.
I integrate aspects of Person-centred, and psychodynamic I work with individuals and couples. I have a particular interest in working with, trauma, domestic abuse, coercive behaviour, narcissistic personality, the inner critic, feelings of not being good enough, work-related stress, loss, and early childhood issues which impact upon relationships.
I know and understand that reaching out to start therapy can feel intimidating and anxiety-provoking. I work with my clients in a non-judgemental, sensitive, and understanding way to allow them to gain insight into the issues or difficulties that are causing them distress. My practice is led by the client's needs and what they want to achieve in therapy.
