I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist. This means I work with a variety of theories, therapeutic skills and techniques, which include Person-centred, Gestalt, Somatic trauma therapies, EMDR, Psychoanalytic unconscious process, and Mindfulness.
I have expertise in working with a variety of presentations. Working in my private practice, as well as working with the homeless services in recent years providing counselling and support. I'm here to be a guiding light on your journey of discovery and to tell you that you are not alone.
