I will provide a safe space to be yourself and assist you in working out what your priorities are and help you determine a way forward with your life in a way that meets your own unique needs and wants. A space without judgement, with respect for your vulnerability and compassion for your journey and all it entails. Goal setting, boundary setting, challenge, at a pace that suits you and with improvement in symptoms at the centre of our work. There is no individual that is not welcome, together we can work towards healing and creating ways forward for you in every area you choose to share and work on to regain quality of life.
I work with you to build awareness on your internal process, to learn compassion for it and to connect the emotions and sensations in your body, thoughts in your mind and behaviours and how they may be connected and be influencing your quality of life, relationships and mindset. If you have experienced trauma we will work together till you feel safe and well
Coming to therapy can be frightening, it is a beautiful journey and a joy to share with you. Know you will be respected and we will have some fun and you will always be the expert on you and be heard and met with warmth and compassion. It is a brave choice and one I hope you will look back on in time with a fondness and new found wisdom on the wonder of you.
