Then depending on the issue, we can look at some practical solutions and tools, where relevant, to help you bring about change and help you to feel better and move forward.
Your session is your time, and a space to be yourself, without judgement. As your counsellor, I will be there to listen, notice, gently challenge at times, and support you with your needs and goals.
