For clients to get the most from psychotherapy, no theories or books will be able to help without a hint of a therapist's personal experience and their ability to build a therapeutic relationship with the creation of holding environment in a therapeutic space. My work is based on building this relationship making it in accordance with therapeutic modalities which are most suitable for the client. In a way it is exploratory process. Once this relationship is achieved, the work can began.
I am here to help you to try and find the cause of your difficulties in life, your frustration or depression (it is surprising how often one feeling is masking as something else) or to create an environment which will enable you to generate the courage to hear and find those answers within you. To learn to manage stress and anxiety is doable task.
I have recently finished my Master's degree in psychotherapy, all my life I have worked with people and have gained experience to use that knowledge. Experience and relationship I offer is subjective and it is the one where the client knows that whatever they say will be heard and will not be judged. The one where secrets are safe, and tears can come free.
