I can help you practically with residential treatment information, with aftercare from residential treatment or with helping you to make these changes whilst you continue to work or study.
I integrate addiction counselling and psychotherapy. I have more than 15 years experience supporting people in addiction services. I use counselling skills alongside psychotherapy approaches. This means that I can work on what's happening now, and what may have happened in your past. I work face to face and online.
So you need help, information, someone to talk to... I help people get perspective on alcohol and drug use, on gambling and other addictions. It can seem like a dark tunnel at the beginning, but the more information and support you get, the easier it is to cope.
