I also work in the speciality area of Binge Eating Disorder/Emotional Eating. I ofter a 12 week structured, solution-focused programme for you to develop freedom around food. The programme supports in separating emotions from food, looking at habits, triggers and develop new coping strategies.
Making the first step can sometimes be a little scary. I understand this and it can take time to get comfortable. Rest assured that the sessions are without any pressure.
