Everyone finds themselves in difficulties at times and sometimes we need a helping hand to get through in the best way possible - this is where counselling can come in.... It provides an opportunity 1-1 with a counsellor to have a period of time to work through whatever is a problem for you, however big or small! As Covid is still around and face-to-face meetings are not always easy, I am currently working online.
I am an accredited counsellor and have been working in the field for over 20 years. I have worked with a variety of issues and problems - anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicidal ideation, abuse and relationships, to name just a few... As everyone is unique, I use a variety of techniques and methods, as appropriate. My value-base is Christian.
I am passionate about the idea that talking with a 'neutral' person can help in many situations, so, if you feel you need someone to share your load, or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
