I am a qualified and accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and work in accordance with the code of ethics and practice from the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). I have been working with clients on a one-to-one basis since 2007 and have gained a wide range of experience. In 2019 I completed level one in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I have a strong interested in how early life experiences affect us later in life, attachment and trauma. By creating a safe and welcome space in each therapy session I aim to accompany each person as they explore their life experiences, struggles and pains. I work relationally and collaboratively with each individual adapting to their needs.
