Loes Abrahams Ph.D.

Loes Abrahams, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University (the Netherlands) at the department of social psychology. She received her Ph.D. in 2022 from Ghent University (Belgium) on self- and other-perceptions of employees’ personality. Loes studies how employees’ personality and daily experiences impact workplace behaviors. Her research has been published in journals with international impact, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the European Journal of Personality.
