Elana Premack Sandler, L.C.S.W., M.P.H., approaches health issues from a social perspective, viewing elements of the social environment as crucial factors in promoting individual health and well-being. Elana was an associate professor of practice at Simmons University School of Social Work and works therapeutically with individuals and families as part of Rock Creek Counseling and Kranzler Autism Programs and Services outside of Washington, D.C. She was also a clinical fellow with Growing Minds Center for Child and Family Therapy. Sandler earned a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health at Boston University.
