Christie Lawrence, DNP, APRN, is an assistant professor in the Department of Women, Children, and Family Nursing at Rush University College of Nursing and a Public Voices fellow.

Judy Friedrichs, DNP, RN, CPLC, is a Fellow in Thanatology. She is an educator, who also and works with grief support at the Office of the Chief Wellness Officer Rush University Medical Center.

Reverend Christy Howard-Steele, APC BCC, is ACPE Certified Educator in the Department of Religion, Health, and Human Values at Rush University Medical Center.
