Chitra Ragavan is an executive coach and advisor to CEOs and thought leaders. Chitra is the founder and CEO of Goodstory Consulting, LLC, a strategic consulting firm based in Washington DC. A former journalist at National Public Radio (NPR) and U.S. News and World Report, her opinion pieces have been published in Newsweek, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Orange County Register, and a dozen other publications. Chitra writes a regular column, “All In: How to Lead with Power, Influence, and Impact,” at Psychology Today. She also writes a column on SWAAY, the women’s digital platform.

Chitra hosts two podcasts — When It Mattered (on leadership) and Techtopia (on technology and society). Listen Notes ranks the two podcasts in the top 2.5 percent and 10 percent of podcasts in global popularity, respectively.
