Andrew R. A. Conway, Ph.D., is a Professor of Applied Cognitive Psychology at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, CA. His research investigates the cognitive processes underlying intelligence, particularly working memory and cognitive control. Along with Kristof Kovacs, Conway proposed the Process Overlap Theory (POT) of intelligence (Kovacs & Conway, 2016; 2019). He is currently an Associate Editor at the Journal of Intelligence.
