I am committed to improving the overall wellbeing of others, and my passion stems from my belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered to live their best life. I offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space, and my practice is informed by evidence-based interventions, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology.
Sessions are full of compassion, curiosity, acceptance, and playfulness. We learn skills to regulate emotions, social skills, and interpersonal skillsThroughout my career as an educator, I supported children and adolescents in working through academic and socio-emotional issues, such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, learning needs, bullying, and stress.
I offer counselling in English and can converse in Cantonese and Mandarin. I work with children, teens, and adults, including neurodiverse individuals, and I am a certified PEERS program provider.
