It can be daunting figuring out where to begin when finding a counselor or even if you need a counselor. Whether you are going through day-to-day challenges, or you just feel off, we all need a safe space from time to time to explore and gain perspective on what we are experiencing. I seek to provide my clients a safe space to be human, with all the fears, imperfections and struggles that come with that. I help clients through life changes, and I help clients understand life experiences impact our identities and core beliefs.
I work with adults and adolescents using an integrative approach to counselling with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. My clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds and include both individuals and couples.
I am here to help you build greater self-acceptance and self-esteem. Together we can help you thrive by establishing positive boundaries, and learn to recognize and challenge negative automatic thought patterns.
