Self-Awareness Encounter Group

Welcome to the Self-awareness encounter group. This is a closed group, composed of 10 to 12 group members that will meet weekly. The emphasis of this therapy group is to emphasize personal growth, development of self-awareness and self- exploration in a safe and confidential space. The group aims to promote an environment of freedom of expression and spontaneity. As a member of the group you are encouraged to share your emotions and feelings in the present moment as they arise or allow you self to observe and stay silent. There is no right or wrong answers.
