Personal Development Group

I co-run this quarterly group with Steven Eserin. This is a space where you can take time to really explore aspects of yourself at depth with the support of peers and two experienced facilitators. It is a place where you can be supported to challenge yourself to come into contact with others and yourself authentically. The groups are usually no more than 7 people.
