A 1.5 hour 4-week online group to connect & collectively learn through shared experiences of trauma & anxiety in a safe, empathetic, confidential & non-judgmental space. Format: short body-based mindfulness practice, verbal check in, share & actively listen to experiences using a communication tool inspired by world-renowned therapists, check out. All ages (18+), genders, race, neurodiversities, social backgrounds, s*xual orientations & relationship types welcome. No experience required. 10 people max. Spaces allocated on a 1st to confirm basis via £25 non-refundable payment via BACS.
