12 week Trauma Focused Group
This group is effective in conceptualizing both Micro and Macro Trauma. The relation of these deeply rooted traumatic experiences, i.e physical, psychological, emotional - including loneliness and isolation and how theses relate to thoughts, feelings and emotions. Introduction of coping mechanisms and social prescribing to allow for current mental health improvement as well as resilience work so as to facilitate a long term positive mental state.

Positive Life Choices
This group is a more open, patient driven group which highlights the positive results of social prescribing. Life style changes and being part of a social activity group, promotes a better understanding and management of mental health difficulties and the possible different kinds of manifestations in physical health presentations. Examples of social prescribing include our Gardening group, Tea/Coffee group, Walking group, Cinema group, Comedy Group 'Just for the laugh', Healthy eating group, Cooking group etc.

How Does It Really Feel
With a focus on Thoughts, Feelings and Emotion control and understanding it’s origin and interpretation. The group utilizes various methods to build self confidence, self esteem and drive in the pursuit of excellence. I facilitate a youth group and a separate adult group. Both groups focus on the current prevalent stressors and the different individualized ways of self development not only to overcome current challenges and adversities but also to build resilience and leadership qualities which is a continuous life journey of reflection and positive change.
