With a background in working with a terminal illness and medical trauma, I have a deep appreciation for life and a respect for our unique ways of adapting to our suffering. In therapy, I aim to inspire you to move towards your true self, helping you recognize how you have learned to adapt to your circumstances. By understanding how these adaptations affect the way you relate to yourself and the world, you can begin to distance yourself from these patterns. This creates space for making choices, leading to transformation and healing.
My approach, informed by Trauma and Neuroscience, integrates Gestalt therapy, Coherence therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I work relationally, focusing on the relationship between us and your relationships with yourself and others. Helping you gain better self-understanding to empower you to make life choices that align with who you are.
