Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a qualified, BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor offering sessions both online and in-person, including the option of 'Walk & Talk’.
I have experience working with a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, guilt & shame, low self-esteem, and questions around work, career and relationships. I have also volunteered for a crisis-intervention service, where I regularly engaged in conversations about trauma, suicide, self-harm, risk and abuse.
My primary hope in therapy is to create and maintain a safe, confidential space for you to bring anything that is on your mind. I believe that building a trusting relationship where you feel truly seen and heard without judgement or prejudice is the key to any desired change, whether it is a long-term or short-term therapeutic work.
