Hello, I'm Zoe - it's a pleasure to meet you. I am an experienced LGBTQ+ and University counsellor currently offering online counselling and psychotherapy. I provide a warm, safe and nurturing space to support you on your therapeutic journey. As a therapist, I am committed to ensure that your therapy sessions are co-constructed to meet your individual therapeutic needs. Benefitting from shared-decision making, a focus on therapeutic direction as well as empathy, support, compassion and attention, you can expect a uniquely inclusive and collaborative therapeutic experience.
I have experience working with a broad range of mental health issues, long-term health care issues and issues due to difficult life events / circumstances. I am able to offer general counselling and also specialised counselling i.e. University Counselling and LGBT+ friendly Counselling.
Reaching out and asking for therapy can be very daunting - I'm here to make this easier for you. I offer ad hoc sessions, also known as a One-At-A-Time session (OAAT), short-term counselling (between 4 to 16 sessions), or long-term counselling. These can be via Video (e.g. Doxyme), Phone, Instant messenger and Email, whichever you feel will suit you best.
