I am an Integrative arts therapist who works with teenagers and adolescents. Having an integrative approach means I combine traditional counselling with various art modalities to facilitate emotional healing, personal growth and self expression. My primary role is to provide a safe and supportive environment for the young person to explore their emotions, thoughts and experiences. Using art is particularly helpful when a young person finds it challenging to articulate their emotions, By using art and traditional techniques I aim to foster self esteem, self acceptance and a positive self identity whilst navigating whatever challenge
