My core aim as a counsellor is to provide a warm and consistent space for you to feel heard and understood. We have many parts within us that need a listening ear, and open heart. When we find acceptance and compassion for ourselves, things can start to change in our lives. I offer kindness, non-judgement, and curiosity so that you can begin to feel resilient and self-loving. Each of us is born with inherent wisdom and we are our own best expert. But you may have lost trust along the way. I strive to offer you a nurturing, therapeutic relationship that encourages a sense of safety to trust.
I offer up to 75 minutes for my outdoor sessions, (walk and talk) as I have a strong interest in nature and the healing benefits it offers us all. I am available to work with adults and young people from aged 18. I am also art-trained with an interest in exploring creative ways to work with you.
Talking about our feelings can be really daunting, and there’s something about being outside in nature that can help alleviate that fear. If you are interested in booking a session with a view to working together, please send me an email.
