Hello, my name is Zita and I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I provide a welcoming and comfortable environment, a space to talk and be understood. I work with my clients to enable them to understand and address their emotional issues that cause difficulties and distress. My practice is based in a belief that by working together I can help my clients by guiding them to a greater understanding of themselves and their patterns and then towards a healthier, happier and more resilient path.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, addiction, disability, discrimination, abandonment, bereavement, relationships – family & romantic, ADHD and EUPD. I offer a free initial 20-minute phone call, we can then have a session to explore the client’s needs in more detail and take it from there.
I have a MSc in Psychotherapy and am a Certified Transactional Analyst. I am UKCP and BACP registered.
