I take a holistic approach to counselling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in Gestalt, Psychodynamic therapy and CBT which I use to help clients achieve optimal mental health.
As an Integrative counsellor I work with people from different backgrounds, race and culture. It is my passion to help you understand and find yourself. Some areas I work in are, counselling for grief, bereavement, trauma, sexual abuse, stress, depression, phobias, relationship issues, work related stress, neurodiversity, family issues, attachment etc
