Life is challenging and can feel like you’re on a hamster wheel of pressure, ‘have-tos’ and obligations. The more you do, the more the wheel spins, and the faster you descend into overwhelm, stress, anxiety, and burn-out. I can support you to overcome these challenges, as well as relational trauma and abuse, racial trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate space for us to explore what you have experienced in life, how these experiences shaped you, and how you can make comfortable changes that support you to live a joyful, balanced, inspired, and fulfilling life.
I’m a trauma-informed Arts Psychotherapist. We'll combine talking with art to help you make sense of life, safely feel, and process emotions that are stored in your body as trauma memories. I believe that everyone is creative. You don’t need to have ‘artist skills’ or purchase expensive materials to work with me, paper and a few coloured pens is enough.
I know that reaching out for help can feel daunting, and there are so many types of support, which can be confusing. I work collaboratively, which means that decisions about what to focus on and what your goals are, are made together. I offer free consultations to answer your questions and discuss what’s most important to you.
