As a Person-Centred Experiential counsellor, I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship & the importance of providing an empathic, safe & non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, & experiences. The client is always at the heart of the counselling process, & I am committed to supporting you to gain self-awareness, improve your psychological wellbeing & reach your full potential - sharing your journey towards healing & self-discovery. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) & follow their ethical code.

I am particularly passionate in working with clients who are experiencing bereavement. Losing a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences that we can face, & the grief & pain that comes with it can feel overwhelming & all-consuming. I also support clients with the loss of a beloved animal companion, both pre & post bereavement.
