As a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Coach, my passion is to help people fulfil their potential and support them through difficult times. I help those who feel stuck in their current circumstances, thinking there is more to life than this, wanting to understand and feel their purpose, and unable to experience any satisfaction. Together, we will work through any past or present blocks that may contribute to how you feel. By working through issues that contribute to feeling stuck, a person can become aligned with their authentic self, ultimately leading to a sense of worth.
I also specialise in loss and grief therapy. A living loss such as your job, health or mobility can trigger the same powerful and confusing emotions as the loss of a loved one. These feelings can be overwhelming and difficult to understand on your own. I aim to support you through what may be a conflicting journey.
My integrative clinical approach includes Psychodynamic, CBT, Person-centred and Gestalt. This approach is client-led and focuses on the best way to address the needs presented and affords me the space to tailor sessions to the unique needs of my clients. I will work at your pace, and how it suits you, ensuring you, the client get the most from your sessions
