It gives you the chance to bring all your concerns and worries into a safe space where I can help you sort through each of them. With careful exploration we can identify what you might like to change and how to make the change. Life will feel easier and lighter as you start to gain control over how you choose to live it.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the BACP. This means I have trained in several modalities of counselling which allows me to find the most helpful way in which to facilitate your experiences. At core I am person centred meaning I will guide any exploration but you determine what is to be explored and at what pace.
Although talking to a counsellor might feel scary, it is a courageous act and I'd like to reassure you, you will be met with warmth, kindness and compassion.
