I am a Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist. My approach is to work collaboratively with you. I believe that you have the answers and I will support you in finding them. Even if the base of my work is Person Centred, I also use different therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness, Movement, and Embodiment techniques.
Having the courage to examine our life sets us free, and begins us on a path of growth and reconciliation with ourselves.
