I am a warm and friendly fully qualified counselling psychologist. I offer a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can share your concerns and process your feelings at your own pace. Life is an intricate journey, full of challenges, and in our therapy we can explore how your past experiences may connect to the present and whether your current ways of being are working for you. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is a vehicle for change, and we will work hard to prioritise your needs and goals in order to set you on a more positive and fulfilling life path.
I use a combination of approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy and existential-phenomenology, tailored to your needs. I work with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, body image issues, work stress, relationship problems and identity difficulties, amongst others. I offer both short and long term therapy.
