I am an experienced CBT therapist, with particular experience - over 10 years, of working with and in relation to neurodiverse clients. My sessions take place either in my heated shepherds hut or, I also offer Equine assisted sessions for those who find the traditional seated environment challenging.
I work with clients who are looking to address challenges that are effecting their life in a negative way. Together we will investigate these. Challenge the thought, feelings, emotions and behaviours that are being experienced. Then establish a way to interrupt and alter the impact on their life.
I look foreword to meeting and working with new clients, and enjoy supporting them to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
