Offering Online and Walk and Talk Therapy. I will provide a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can discuss anything that’s bothering you, whether it’s big or small. I aim to give you the tools to help you understand, use, and manage your own emotions in helpful way. These tools will help alleviate stress and will give you the ability to communicate more effectively, empathize with others, help build self-confidence, improve your relationships, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
