We are all unique but are often held to other peoples standards in order to feel loved and accepted. In our therapy room you will find a space where, for potentially the first time, what you feel will be prioritised. You will be able to explore your feelings, to resolve internal conflicts and find a path towards your authentic self. In simpler terms, when you feel lost, scared, anxious, fearful, alone or misunderstood, I will walk alongside you, to find a way forward that you feel better about.
