Hi there, I'm Janet and a qualified person-centred counsellor. I previously worked in Birmingham as a Mental Health Nurse. I retrained as a Counsellor but bring with me all that experience and, I feel most importantly, understanding and empathy, an open-minded, non-judgemental attitude and an honest, genuine way of being with others. With You Counselling practice aims to remain human in each and every contact. As a person-centred Counsellor, I believe that you know yourself and what you need/want best.
