Hello, my name is Tracy and I am a qualified and experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and can provide face to face, telephone or online counselling. I counsel individuals around a wide range of issues. These include: anxiety, family issues, depression, low self-esteem and substance misuse. I have worked as a counsellor for a domestic abuse charity working with women survivors of domestic abuse. I have also worked with a local substance misuse service, counseling clients to overcome their addictions. I worked for many years supporting families and individuals with a variety of multiple difficulties.
Since 2008, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. My approach offers a non-judgmental environment working empathetically centered around you. As well as my private practice, I work as a counsellor at the YMCA DLG offering therapy to young people.
