Everyone is unique, and I believe counselling is for everyone. With my guidance and support, we will work together to explore what approach best suits you. Your sessions will be tailored to create a safe space to address your presenting issues, for personal growth and well-being. I practice an Integrative Approach. This means I offer a broad range of counselling styles based on what you feel is right for you. This may change throughout our sessions as you go deeper in your self-exploration.
As a qualified yoga teacher of over 8 years, I offer yoga therapy with focuses on body and breath work to heal trauma. Other alternative therapies include nature therapy, which involves longer therapeutic sessions out in green spaces.
Counselling can feel daunting at first. It is an important first step into self-care and creating awareness which will expand beyond sessions. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your presenting issues at your own pace.
