I came to counselling later in life, after running my own successful business in the hospitality and events industry. I have a lot of experience in dealing with different people and situations, and I understand the pressures and challenges of working in a demanding and competitive field. I have also faced my own struggles with complicated family issues growing up, identity and self worth. These experiences have shaped me as a person and as a therapist, and they help me to connect with a diverse range of clients.
