Additional to BACP Counselling Psychotherapy, I am also a certified Mindfulness-based stress reduction trainer. The breathing and mindfulness techniques can ease your anxiety into the sessions. You can take away these exercises and methods for your day-to-day dealing with the stress & anxiety.
With my academic doctoral sensitivity to the language of body and mind, I will guide you to explore deeper into the conscious awareness and beyond the cognitive (mind) behaviours. My gentle and warm nature aims to create you a mental space to feel most comfortable, authentic self.
