And whatever that may look like for you I am here to work with you to explore your distress and help you with the insights and tools to feel better mentally and emotionally.
I work in an integrative way, drawing elements of person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT counselling integrated in a way that meets your unique need. I offer a collaborative and safe therapeutic relationship putting you at the centre of your own therapy. I am also qualified in coaching as I am just as interested in your future as I am in your past.
