I am a qualified counsellor (UKATA) and trainee psychotherapist, working through advanced training towards my CTA. I have experience in private practice and placement settings. You may feel like you need change, something isn't quite right, or that you know exactly what the problem is. I support clients working with a range of challenges, everyone is unique and this is one of the beauties of working with people and their life experiences.
I help by offering a safe and contained space for us to explore the things that are troubling you. I work with anxiety, low mood and depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, money and sex struggles. I also support individuals working through childhood experiences, and general feelings of something needing to change.
Things can feel overwhelming, and like nobody will understand. I am here to offer space, and to listen to you, to understand and help create the environment that allows you to feel heard and supported.
