I am a qualified Person-centred counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Neuro-linguistic Practitioner which enables me to utilise a variety of different interventions to bring about positive life changes.
I am also a trauma therapist, trauma can come from a variety of negative experiences and I have a deep insight into the impact it has on self and ways in which we can work to help overcome its effects. Whether it is just a listening ear in a safe space or creating positive coping mechanisms, I can tailor sessions to meet your needs.
