I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore any problems and to work through them in a way that is most helpful to each person. I believe that everyone is unique and so the circumstances surrounding each person's difficulties are unique also. I offer a caring, empathetic environment where thoughts and feelings can be discussed freely with someone trained to listen carefully, to help make sense of and to understand any issues and help you move forward.
I am an Integratively trained counsellor, therefore, my foundations are in Psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT counselling, but not soley confined to one school of thinking. Working Integratively allows me to work collaboratively with each individual in ways which best suit them, meeting their individual needs, as we are all uniquely different.
Our problems can feel isolating and overwhelming, I offer comfort and gentle guidance in these times. I know that contacting a counsellor itself can be a daunting process, I aim to provide a safe space for us to work together in the most helpful way for you.
