I work as a integrative counsellor but work with a psychodynamic approach. This means I can help find the route cause and help my clients gain real understanding. I specialise in trauma, domestic abuse, anxiety, low self esteem, grief and loss, stress and relational issues. I use a variety of modalities to suit each individual client.
It's difficult sometimes to ask for help and it takes real bravery. However, having support can ease the pain and make everything more manageable. I always remain very open and honest with my clients and the therapeutic relationship and rapport is extremely important to me. This creates a safe, environment for clients to be their authentic selves.
