I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone struggling with life's stresses. Are you struggling in your relationship? Have you had enough of the relationship you are in? Do you wish to confidentially think about changes you need in your life. I offer the opportunity to work alongside you short term or in depth to explore your needs fully, and support you in your journey. Do you have an emotional difficulty that you are finding hard to come to terms with? My role is to offer empathy, understanding, kindness and help you to simply cope with life, or towards changing it. Giving you the space and opportunity to feel heard.
Are you struggling alone, I offer time for self-reflection to aid positive life changes. This is at the core of my person-centred counselling. I have my own personal history and experience with Bereavement, child and adult trauma, depression and anxiety. I offer the opportunity for you to be heard without judgement. Your mental wellbeing is my specialty.
If you are working alone it can be tough, living alone can be hard, caring for someone on their own can be stressful. Isolation can be a lonely place. Are you feeling unheard? I never judge and enjoy working with all, regardless of religion, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or marital status. Confidentiality, Safety and empathy are paramount to my work.
