I'm in my sixth and final year of training at BCPC and offer affordable therapy in Bristol. Whether you have experienced trauma in your life, lost a loved one, are struggling with a close relationship or just don’t feel right, psychotherapy can help to find a way forward. My aim is to offer a safe, confidential and empathic space where we can explore difficult thoughts and feelings together, and where you can feel understood and accepted.
I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic models, depending on your needs, which might include looking at past experiences and their impact on you now. Crucially, I am a firm believer in the power of a warm, trusting and strong therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change.
