Peace of mind and contentment are possible, no matter what circumstances life has thrown at you. It is not always about changing what is happening - that can often be beyond our control. But it is possible to change our relationship with the events and people in our lives.

I work with each person as an individual, so although I nearly always use elements of mindfulness and hypnotherapy, I approach each individual as unique and each session is tailored around who you are and where you are at.

I enjoy seeing people transform the way they relate to life. It is a real privilege to work with people in a collaborative way; this way people find their own way forwards. Confidentiality is key in my work. I work in private and comfortable spaces in Bromsgrove and Stourbridge. I also work very effectively on zoom.
